Once completed, we will schedule a phone chat, allowing us to dive deeper into the details. This step helps me ensure that I can tailor your vacation experience to your specific needs. Plus it helps me to keep your information and our plans organized which saves us precious time!

To kick off your journey, please review and agree to the terms & conditions by clicking the button below, and then proceed with the deposit. (Venmo, Zelle, cash or check) Once that's done, you'll officially join my travel tribe, and I'll get your dream vacation on my calendar!

Please note: I am unable to accept any requests within 30 days of the desired booking date. Due to limited availability, finding accommodations within this timeframe can be challenging.

Sit back and let me handle all of the research that goes into planning the perfect getaway. With all the feedback you have shared, I will start tailoring your travel experience. This will take me about 2-3 weeks, so stay tuned for some amazing travel plans headed your way! 

Your custom design fee includes two itinerary revisions to ensure everything is perfect for your trip. Should you desire more than two revisions, additional research fees will apply.

After you've had a chance to review your proposed itinerary, let's discuss any adjustments you'd like to make before we finalize your reservations. 

I kindly ask you to share your feedback and any necessary adjustments within one week of receiving the proposal. 

Please note, once the final proposal is accepted, any subsequent changes will incur a $50 fee.  Plus any other charges from the suppliers.

By now you have accepted the proposed itinerary and your deposit has been made. I can move forward and start making the reservations. Your dream vacation is officially in motion!
