For straightforward hotel, cruise, and all-inclusive resort bookings, I typically do not charge a planning fee. For these bookings, I’m typically paid commission by the hotel or travel provider, so there is generally no additional cost to you for my services.
Custom travel planning is different. If you’re hiring me to research, design, and coordinate a more involved itinerary, a professional planning fee applies. Custom planning fees begin at $250 per traveler for a 7–10 day trip and may be higher for longer or more complex itineraries.

To make sure I can give each trip the time and attention it deserves, here are a few things to know before reaching out about your trip.
Planning ahead matters. I only accept a limited number of custom trips each month, and my calendar can fill well in advance. I recommend reaching out 6–12 months ahead for domestic travel and 6–18+ months ahead for international travel. I do not take on new custom trips within 60 days of departure.
Please note: I’ve reached capacity for custom trips traveling in July and December 2027, so I’m not currently accepting new custom travel clients for those months.

Hotel bookings handled directly by me require a minimum budget of $250 per room, per night. There is no hotel minimum when you reserve your own stay through my Client Portal.
