Pricing

This cruise sails round-trip from Seattle—see the itinerary below for full details.
To reserve your cabin, a $500 deposit per cabin (not per person) is required.

Final payment is due March 1, 2026.

Here are the available cabin options and pricing for two people per cabin:

  • Balcony Cabin $3,282 per cabin (located at the back of the ship)

  • Oceanview Cabin $2,982 per cabin (features a fixed porthole window on a lower deck)

  • Interior Cabin $2,502 per cabin (equipped with a virtual balcony that displays real-time outdoor views)

Please note: All pricing listed is based on double occupancy—that is, two people sharing one cabin.

  • If you're interested in single occupancy, the cost is essentially the full double occupancy rate, minus port fees and taxes for one person.

  • Triple or quad occupancy cabins (for three or four guests) are not available at the group rate. However, these can be booked at the prevailing rate, which means the current market price offered by the cruise line at the time of booking. This rate can vary and is subject to availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Alaska Group Cruise – Summer 2026

  • Do I have to stay with the group the whole time?

Not at all! You’re welcome to join group activities, excursions, or meals—but there’s no obligation. Feel free to explore the ship and ports at your own pace. This is your vacation.

  • Do I have to eat with the group?

Nope! Dining is flexible onboard:

  • I can reserve a table in the main dining room for you (2 to 10 guests)

  • Dine casually at the buffet

  • Try specialty restaurants (some at additional cost)

If you'd like to dine with certain members of our group in the main dining room, just let me know and I’ll do my best to coordinate it for you.

  • Is group airfare available?

Not for this sailing. Airlines require a minimum of 30 guests on the same flight to offer group air. You are welcome to book your flights independently, or I can help you arrange them for a fee.

  • Is the cruise refundable?

Yes, up until final payment. Your deposit is fully refundable until the final payment deadline. After that, refund policies vary based on Royal Caribbean's terms. Please check your invoice for the official cancellation policy.

  • Are children allowed on the ship?

Yes! Children ages 6 months and up are welcome aboard.
There’s a nursery for little ones and a Kids Club (Adventure Ocean) with supervised activities for all age groups.

  • Can I have more than 2 people in my cabin?

Yes, but triple and quad occupancy cabins are priced at the prevailing rate, NOT the discounted group rate. If you’re interested in a larger cabin, I’m happy to check current pricing for you.

  • When is final payment due?

The official due date is March 3, 2026, but I need time to collect and process payments.
Please submit payment no later than February 17, 2026.

  • Do I have to dress up for dinner?

Only if you want to!
There are two optional dressier nights (typically Days 2 & 6), and themed evenings like White Night or 70s Night, but everything is optional. Come as you are—or bring the glam!

  • Do I need a passport?

Royal Caribbean recommends having a passport, but depending on the departure and return ports, it may not be required. Click here to read the official policy.

  • What’s included in my cruise fare?

Your cruise fare includes:
✔Complimentary meals and snacks in casual and main dining venues
✔Water, lemonade, tea, coffee, and select juices
✔Live shows, musical performances, and daily entertainment
✔Pools, hot tubs, and fitness center
✔Onboard games, trivia, and daily activities

  • When can I check in for the cruise?

Online check-in begins April 17, 2026.
I’ll send you a reminder and easy-to-follow instructions as we get closer to that date.

  • What if my name is misspelled or has changed?

When I send your invoice, I will ask you to double-check and confirm the spelling of all names exactly as they appear on your passport or government-issued ID. If no corrections are submitted, the information is assumed to be accurate. Please note that any discrepancies between your cruise documents and ID could result in issues at boarding.
