1. Go to my Client Portal.
Already an LC Travel client? Great! As long as your information is current, you’re ready to go. If you’re new, complete the short client intake form in the portal first.
2. Browse available hotels.
Compare rates and perks, and choose what works best for you. You can search whenever it’s convenient, whether that’s during your lunch break or at 11:00 at night.
3. Book your hotel.
Once you’ve found the hotel and rate you want, book it right through my Client Portal. Your reservation will automatically stay connected to me as your travel advisor.
4. I take it from there.
I’ll have access to your reservation and remain your travel advisor for the stay. And if you booked an eligible refundable rate, I’ll also keep an eye on the price with my hotel price tracker. See below to learn how the price tracker works.
When you book an eligible refundable rate through my Client Portal, my hotel price tracker can continue watching the rate after you book.
If the price drops by 5% or $50, I get an alert. I’ll check the new rate and rebook your reservation at the lower price, as long as the new rate has the same terms and conditions.
You don’t have to keep checking hotel prices yourself or wonder whether the rate went down after you booked. I’ll be keeping an eye on it behind the scenes.

Is this just another hotel booking website?
No. This Client Portal is a new tool developed by my host agency, Fora Travel, exclusively for Fora travel advisors and their clients. It gives you the flexibility to search for and reserve your own hotel while keeping the reservation connected to me as your travel advisor.
Can I find every hotel in the portal?
Not yet. The portal is still growing and developing. There are already thousands of hotels available, but some hotels and rates can’t currently be reserved through the portal. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just reach out to me.
Can I change or cancel my reservation myself?
Not currently. Changes and cancellations need to be handled through me. Just contact me and I’ll take care of it according to the terms and cancellation policy of your reservation.
